In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business partners via telephone, transforming each conversation into a memorable experience by offering products tailored to the client's needs. You will manage the entire sales process independently, with continuous support from your team lead, and regularly report on your key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate has a keen interest in inside sales, with initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales. Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is required.
Compensation includes a competitive fixed salary complemented by performance-based commissions. The position operates on a hybrid model: the first three months are fully in-office, transitioning to two days per week in the office and the remainder remote.
