In this role, the Sales Analyst will drive sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets. Responsibilities include identifying, quantifying, and acting on sales trends and performance gaps through rigorous market and data analysis. The analyst will own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end, ensuring clear accountability for results. Additionally, the role involves delivering concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders, escalating blockers, and pushing corrective actions promptly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Marketing is essential.
Candidates should have initial working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment. Proficiency in SQL, experience using Google Sheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets are required; CRM experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities, are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other EU languages is advantageous.
