Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Colombia (CST/EST-Aligned)
Seamless is seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based in Colombia to join our expanding global sales team. This full-time, fully remote position is ideal for motivated sales professionals eager to gain experience in B2B SaaS sales within a dynamic outbound environment. As an SDR, you will represent Seamless, the world's leading real-time sales intelligence platform, and play a pivotal role in driving company growth.
In this role, you will utilize top-tier sales technology to identify, engage, and qualify sales leaders and decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses. Your primary responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of prospects through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach, setting qualified meetings for Account Executives, and accurately tracking activities and performance metrics in Salesforce. Collaboration with sales leadership and team members through virtual meetings and continuous improvement via feedback and training are also key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate possesses a positive, coachable, and resilient mindset, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with high-activity outbound sales environments, self-motivation, and accountability in a remote setting are essential. While previous experience in outbound sales, SDR roles, or cold-calling is strongly preferred, familiarity with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft is a plus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Colombia, have reliable high-speed internet, and maintain a quiet, professional remote workspace.
