Sales Enablement Manager - SaaS - Hybrid
Alpega Group is seeking a motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team. This newly established role reports to the Sales Operations Leader and is pivotal in driving enablement and training across our revenue organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reducing ramp-up periods for sellers and enhancing the skills of existing sales teams by developing new enablement programs and platforms from the ground up. This position is crucial to our transformation journey and will significantly contribute to our revenue growth, working closely with senior sales leadership.
The Sales Enablement Manager will design and implement comprehensive enablement programs covering onboarding, sales processes, methodologies, and product value propositions. Responsibilities include creating curricula, orchestrating training sessions, and certifying sales personnel to scale the organization from 30 to 100 sellers. The role involves conducting training on sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, CHAMP, and SPICED, equipping managers with coaching frameworks, and driving the adoption of sales tools like Salesforce and Salesloft. Additionally, the manager will develop and maintain enablement materials, run virtual and in-person workshops, and generate monthly reports on key performance indicators.
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing Management within a B2B SaaS environment. A proven track record of developing training programs that effect behavioral change is essential. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and coaching AI tools are required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with data analysis, capable of defining and acting on key performance indicators, and fluent in English.
