Sales Enablement Specialist
The Sales Enablement Specialist at Filevine is responsible for overseeing the onboarding and continuous development of new Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role is integral to Filevine's mission of delivering Legal Operating Intelligence through a unified platform that integrates data, documents, workflows, and teams. The position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and operates on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, the specialist will manage a comprehensive two-week onboarding program for each monthly BDR cohort, combining live sessions and self-paced learning. They will develop and update training curricula covering various sales tools, methodologies, and product knowledge. Additionally, the specialist will coach new BDRs on live calls, design coaching programs to improve sales conversion rates, and lead both individual and group coaching sessions. They will also oversee the BDR Mentor Program, ensuring mentors are effectively trained and held accountable for mentee progress.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in Sales Enablement, BDR training, or sales leadership, preferably within the SaaS industry. A strong background in developing and facilitating training programs for both inbound and outbound sales is essential. Proficiency with B2B SaaS sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, and GTM Buddy is required. Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
