Sales Executive

Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) Sales team based in Tamworth. EFS is the largest forensic service provider in the UK and Europe, offering a comprehensive range of analytical testing services to ensure safety and authenticity across various industries. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our forensic testing services by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include conducting market research, initiating contact with potential clients, delivering technical presentations, and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within a scientific or technical services environment. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.

The position offers a hybrid working model, primarily based at our Tamworth office with the flexibility to work remotely when not attending client meetings. The role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office, with additional travel as needed for customer visits.
