About the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant...
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is the cultural representative of SiteMinder and our employer brand. This person is responsible for showing the active and passive candidate market what it’s like to be part of the SiteMinder team. This person will be engaging with prospective employees throughout AMERS and LATAM for various teams.
What you'll do
- Own the end to end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM, for GTM teams plus other departments when needed
- Responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we’re bringing top talent into the business
- Ability to understand what the company does and how each role fits into the business - qualifying quality candidates against the company, role and team culture
