As a Sales Manager in the field at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the German market by acquiring new B2B dealer clients. CarOnSale is a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the B2B used car trade in Europe through our innovative digital marketplace. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the automotive industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure and onboarding. You will support new clients in integrating into our marketplace, helping them increase their used car sales volume. Additionally, you will document all activities in Salesforce and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in field sales. Strong advisory skills, especially with complex products and digital solutions, are essential. A passion for acquisition and sales, a self-driven and structured work approach, and excellent communication skills are required. Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level is mandatory.
