As a Sales Manager B2B / Telesales at you will be part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to revolutionizing the B2B automotive trade through digital innovation. This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to operate from anywhere within Germany.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new business partners via telephone, presenting tailored product solutions to enhance each customer interaction, and actively shaping the sales process with the support and coaching of your team leader. You will have the autonomy to plan your workday independently and will regularly report to your team lead to monitor key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate brings initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales, possesses strong communication skills with an aptitude for active listening, and demonstrates high self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking. A passion for the automotive industry and excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written, are essential.

Compensation includes a €750 start bonus for new hires, an attractive fixed salary complemented by a performance-based bonus model with significant upside potential, and a guaranteed minimum commission for the first three months.
