Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d)

In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses of sales metrics to generate valuable business insights, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to monitor key performance indicators, and automate recurring analyses and workflows utilizing AI-driven tools such as Dataleap or Langdock. Additionally, you will support sales leadership with forecasting, scenario analyses, and resource planning, and collaborate closely with departments like Field Sales, Product, and Finance to enhance sales processes, go-to-market strategies, incentive programs, and CRM infrastructure.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and possesses 1–3 years of experience in analytical or generalist roles such as Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting within a startup environment. A strong analytical mindset is essential, enabling you to derive clear recommendations from data. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required, along with fluency in both German and English at a C1 level.
