The Sales Operations Analyst position at AUTO1 Group is integral to the Planning & Performance Team, focusing on enhancing the company's sales strategies through data-driven insights. In this role, the analyst will drive sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets, identify and address sales trends and performance gaps through rigorous data analysis, and manage end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting. The position also involves delivering concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Marketing.

Candidates should have experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or within a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment. Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and other tools for analyzing large, complex data sets is required, with CRM experience considered a plus. Strong organizational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other EU languages is advantageous.
