The Sales Operations Manager at MarqVision will serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, overseeing the CRM and go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. This role combines operational execution, systems management, and process design to ensure the sales team is well-equipped and supported to drive revenue efficiently. The position reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and collaborates closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing Salesforce and related GTM tools, designing and maintaining automation workflows, and managing system integrations across the tech stack. The role also involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support Sales leadership, conducting regular data audits, and evaluating new tools to enhance sales productivity and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations, with deep technical expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (administration certifications preferred) and other GTM tools such as DealHub, Chillipiper, and Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Looker, Tableau, SQL, or Excel, and a demonstrated ability to support high-growth sales teams are essential. Excellent communication skills and a passion for building scalable, repeatable operational processes are also required.
