Sales Project Manager - Planning & Performance Team
AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the used car market with brands like Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and The Sales Project Manager role within the Planning & Performance Team focuses on making Auto1's sales approach strategic, data-driven, and deliberate. The ultimate goal is to create the best value proposition for dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across the sales organization.
Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets, identifying and acting on sales trends and performance gaps through rigorous market and data analysis, and owning sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end. The role also involves delivering concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders, escalating blockers, and pushing corrective actions swiftly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Marketing is essential.
The ideal candidate has initial working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment. Proficiency in SQL, experience using Google Sheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, and CRM experience are advantageous. Excellent organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities, are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
Compensation includes an attractive salary aligned with the responsibilities and value of the role. The position offers full-time working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with the option for 100% remote work. Employees are entitled to 22 vacation days, plus their birthday off. The reference office is located in Madrid HQ (Cuzco area).
