Sales Specialist - Automotive Industry

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialists to join our dynamic sales team in Bucharest, Romania. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth within the Romanian market.

As a Sales Specialist, you will present, promote, and sell vehicles to car dealers, identifying and prospecting potential customers in the Romanian market. You will build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets, and offer support and consultation to customers throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate is a native Romanian speaker with middle or advanced English skills. Experience in sales and/or the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a professional, customer-oriented approach are essential.

We offer an attractive base salary and bonus, with a guaranteed bonus for the first three months. There is an opportunity to double your net salary in bonuses after the probation period.
