We are currently seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager (m/w/d) to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming the B2B automotive marketplace.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of sales metrics to generate actionable business insights that guide our sales strategies. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to monitor key performance indicators. Additionally, you will automate recurring analyses and workflows utilizing AI-powered tools such as Dataleap or Langdock. Your collaboration with sales leadership will be crucial in forecasting, scenario analysis, and resource planning. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in refining and implementing sales processes, go-to-market models, incentive structures, and CRM infrastructure in close partnership with teams across sales, product, and finance.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in analytical or generalist roles such as sales operations, business analytics, consulting, or similar functions within a startup environment. A strong analytical mindset is essential, enabling you to derive clear recommendations from data. You should be adept at structuring ambiguous problems independently and achieving results without detailed guidance. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required. An openness to AI-driven methodologies and a keen interest in leveraging new tools productively are highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities, a sense of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and fluency in both German and English (C1 level) are necessary.
