Sales Support Associate

As a Sales Support Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and supporting new partner venues, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our platform. This position is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and expanding our reach in the market. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to maintain high-quality standards and foster strong relationships with our partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include training partner venues on the use of Wolt's tools and equipment, ensuring they can operate independently and efficiently. You will conduct regular quality and satisfaction assessments to uphold Wolt's service standards. Additionally, you will assist the Account Management team with administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and provide ongoing support to partners to resolve any onboarding-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a hands-on attitude are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus. Candidates should be adaptable, innovative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
