Sales Team Manager
ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Secured Lending division based in Manchester. This role offers a hybrid working environment, combining three days in the office with two days from home, and a competitive salary package. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance within our Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager functions.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and case management teams to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability. Your day-to-day activities will include delivering exceptional customer journeys, monitoring call quality, conducting customer file audits, and overseeing satisfaction metrics to uphold service excellence. You will also conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and define and implement key performance indicators aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams, with a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering the right outcomes. You should have a proven ability to drive sales performance while maintaining compliance and ethical standards, excellent coaching and mentoring skills, and a strategic approach to aligning departmental goals with broader business objectives. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external lenders are essential.
ClearScore offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) between £60,000 and £70,000.
