Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)
Axiom Law is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and supports our global operations. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with various departments to drive innovation and efficiency within our legal services framework.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include managing system integrations, ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices for Salesforce development. You will also lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project milestones are met. Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Sales and Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Field Service Lightning, is essential. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data migration, and system architecture is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are also important for success in this role.
