Sample Registration Controller

The Sample Registration Controller at Eurofins is responsible for managing the receipt and registration of incoming samples, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the process. This role is integral to the Project Bureau department, which focuses on coordinating and overseeing sample processing activities. Key responsibilities include verifying the correctness and completeness of incoming samples and associated documentation, preparing samples for outsourcing when necessary, and processing results from outsourced samples into the laboratory information management system. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with colleagues to identify and manage re-analyses as required.

The ideal candidate possesses vocational or secondary vocational education (MBO) level thinking and working capabilities, a problem-solving mindset, and a natural inclination towards accuracy. Proficiency in the Dutch language is essential, along with the ability to distinguish colors and numbers effectively. Availability between 32 to 39 hours per week, including mandatory availability on Fridays, is required.
