Sample Splitting Technician

Eurofins is seeking a Sample Splitting Technician to join our team in Welshpool, Western Australia. The Sample Splitting Technician is responsible for preparing samples for analysis by mixing, blending, and weighing them according to specific requirements and preparation methods. Key duties include performing routine analyses, validations, and project work efficiently, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring all quality control records are accurately completed. The technician will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.

Candidates should possess a Certificate or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques, an equivalent qualification, or significant laboratory experience. Experience in a commercial laboratory setting is advantageous. Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are essential. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, with an additional 1.5% superannuation paid on top of the national standard rate. Eurofins is committed to employee development and provides a supportive environment for career growth.
