As a Schulungsleiter / KFZ Trainer (d/m/w) at Auto1, you will join the Production Centers Team, contributing to the preparation of premium vehicles within our Autohero Production Department. Autohero, an innovative online shop for certified used cars, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for automotive trade.

Your primary responsibilities include developing practical training materials for automotive mechanics, apprentices, and technicians. You will plan and conduct workshop training sessions using modern teaching methods and didactic tools. Additionally, you will design and guide practical exercises on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and safety-relevant vehicle systems.

We require over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in body assembly within large operations. A master craftsman qualification in automotive mechanics, including a training certificate, is essential. Proficiency with diagnostic and measuring instruments, precision in work, critical self-analysis, teamwork capabilities, and excellent coaching and communication skills are also necessary.
