Scientific Group Leader- 2nd Shift

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a dedicated Scientific Group Leader for the 2nd Shift at our Lancaster, Pennsylvania facility. This role involves overseeing both technical and personnel aspects of laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). The successful candidate will lead a team committed to delivering high-quality analytical testing services across various industries.

Key responsibilities include managing workflow and monitoring data to meet departmental objectives, acting as a technical resource and trainer, and implementing operational improvements. The Group Leader will also foster a positive work environment, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related field, along with at least three years of GMP laboratory experience. Experience in medical device Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT), package testing, research study design, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, and laboratory leadership is highly desirable.
