SDR Manager
Box is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead a team of SDRs responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales organization. This role is integral to Box's mission of enabling organizations to manage and secure their content effectively.
The SDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of SDRs, developing and executing career development plans, and maintaining a high-performing team culture. Key responsibilities include coaching SDRs on complex outbound efforts, strategizing with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline initiatives, and reporting on team performance to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience managing sales professionals, a strong track record of quota attainment in SDR/BDR and Account Executive roles, and proficiency in SDR tech stacks such as Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience in managing or selling in Enterprise SaaS and a passion for AI are also desirable.
