SDR Outbound - Cible RHđMarseille (RĂ©gion Sud-Est)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Swile's Marseille office, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities to support the field Account Executives of the South-East Team. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients within the human resources sector, contributing directly to the company's growth in the region.
Your daily responsibilities will include targeting, sourcing, and qualifying new leads through a multichannel outbound approach. You will present Swile's offerings to HR professionals via phone and email, aiming to generate interest and secure initial qualified meetings with private companies employing over 50 staff members. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), proactively follow up with prospects, and meticulously track the outcomes of the meetings you arrange.
The ideal candidate possesses a hunter mentality with prior experience in telephone prospecting, demonstrating resilience in overcoming gatekeepers. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with Account Executives across the South-East of France. Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities, coupled with exceptional listening skills, are crucial. Swile offers a structured onboarding process to ensure your success. In the first month, you will receive comprehensive training on our products, CRM system, and sales tools. By the second month, you will begin securing your initial meetings with prospects. By the third month, you are expected to achieve full ramp-up, consistently arranging approximately fifteen meetings per month.
