Security Engineer
Eudia is seeking a dedicated Security Engineer to join our dynamic team in Palo Alto, CA. In this role, you will collaborate with Fortune 500 companies' legal and risk departments, developing secure, enterprise-grade software utilizing the latest in Generative AI. This position offers the opportunity to tackle challenges in creating cloud-agnostic solutions, maintaining stringent security and compliance standards, and building scalable, resilient platforms for enterprise applications, data, AI, and search. You will work alongside top legal and risk experts, as well as leading professionals in business, technology, AI, and engineering.
As a Security Engineer at Eudia, you will act as the primary security contact for both customers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading the security and compliance program, managing external audits such as SOC2 Type II and ISO27001, and performing security audits of products and cloud infrastructure. You will be tasked with detecting, defending, and responding to threats, establishing a robust security program, and collaborating with product management and engineering teams to integrate security into product roadmaps. Clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in application security engineering and cloud security across platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a background in supporting external audits such as SOC2 Type II and ISO27001. A comprehensive understanding of various cybersecurity disciplines, experience in static code analysis and remediation, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python are required. Additionally, experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to work on innovative solutions, are highly valued.
