Security Operations Analyst

The Security Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security alerts across networks, systems, and cloud environments. Key duties include operating and maintaining security tools such as SIEM, EDR, MDR, and DLP systems, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response efforts. The analyst will collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of security policies and processes.

Candidates should have at least four years of experience in information security operations, SOC, or cybersecurity analyst roles. Proficiency with security tools like SIEM, EDR, MDR, DLP, and vulnerability management platforms is essential. A strong understanding of threat detection, vulnerability management, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments is required. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience are expected, with certifications such as SSCP or GSEC being desirable.
