Seeking Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters!

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and assisting in the development of settlements. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a firm committed to advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients both over the phone and in person, order and review medical records, and communicate with healthcare providers throughout the treatment process. Responsibilities include obtaining necessary documentation to support injury and liability claims, interacting with insurance carriers, negotiating case settlements, and maintaining organized case files. You will also prepare comprehensive demand packages and collaborate closely with attorneys to present case synopses when required.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute is also required.
