Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and facilitating the progression of cases from intake to resolution. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a firm committed to advocating for consumer rights and delivering justice to our clients.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documentation to support injury and liability claims, and coordinating with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive demand packages for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney and maintain organized case files throughout the case lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster, with prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager being advantageous. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and excellent writing and communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a typing speed of no less than 35 words per minute are also required.
