As a Senior Account Executive, Digital at Tipalti, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, focusing on selling our SaaS Fintech solutions. Your primary objective will be to achieve revenue targets through both outbound sales activities and inbound leads, collaborating closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Alliance partners. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our innovative financial technology offerings.

In this position, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are achieved. You will develop a strong understanding of Tipalti's product value, effectively communicating the business impact of our offerings to key decision-makers. Additionally, you will manage the sourcing of new opportunities by meeting activity metrics and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Developing comprehensive sales strategies using ROI tools and sales plans will be essential for consistent goal achievement over both short and long-term periods.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of sales experience, particularly in Software, SaaS, or Fintech sectors. A proven ability to drive and close sales deals, with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends, is essential. A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and support, is also crucial.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000 CAD annually, with the opportunity to earn commission pay based on performance, targeting an additional $95,000 to $115,000 CAD annually. This brings the expected total compensation to between $190,000 and $230,000 CAD annually.
