Senior Account Executive, Paid Search

As a Senior Account Executive in Paid Search at WPP Media, you will be integral to the day-to-day management and optimization of PlayStation’s Paid Search campaigns across multiple EMEA markets. This role involves close collaboration with Account Directors to translate strategic objectives into effective execution, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients regarding Paid Search performance and insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations and optimization of Paid Search campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Search Ads 360. You will be tasked with building and evolving campaign structures aligned with PlayStation’s objectives and key performance indicators, executing ongoing optimizations across keywords, bidding strategies, ad copies, assets, and audiences. Monitoring performance closely to identify opportunities, risks, and seasonal trends, and ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to internal best practices are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency setting, with strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and SA360. Comfort with managing budgets, optimization, and performance across multiple campaigns and markets is essential. Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating data to derive clear recommendations and insights, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, is required. A naturally curious, proactive attitude and a passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement are highly valued.
