Senior AI Enablement Specialist
Gong is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Enablement Specialist to join its IT organization, serving as the driving force behind the company's internal digital transformation. This role bridges strategic AI innovation with deep technical AI operations, empowering internal teams to leverage AI effectively.
Key responsibilities include identifying high-value internal AI use cases, independently building and deploying proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate ROI, and coordinating AI project execution across various teams such as Talent, Support, Sales, and Go-To-Market. The specialist will also manage the enterprise AI stack to ensure optimal performance, standardize AI processes to meet business objectives, and develop dashboards to monitor performance metrics like latency, accuracy, uptime, usage, cost, and error rates.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of business strategy acumen and technical expertise, with practical experience in modern AI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and vector databases. Proficiency in orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AI tooling including Prompt Flow and API integration, and data analytics tools such as SQL and Tableau is essential. A "hands-on-keyboard" mentality is crucial, enabling the candidate to transform stakeholder ideas into functional AI workflows without external engineering resources.
