Senior Analyst, Analytics Engineering

Gong is seeking a Senior Analyst in Analytics Engineering to enhance our data infrastructure and support our analytics community. This role involves developing and maintaining data models, ensuring data quality, and implementing AI-driven analytics solutions. The position is based in one of our offices located in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Chicago, or New York City.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models in Snowflake using dbt, designing and building testing and alerting frameworks to improve data quality, creating data governance policies to support the analyst community, and designing a self-service analytics AI framework. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Data Engineering to optimize data staging in Snowflake.

Candidates should have over four years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science, a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, advanced SQL knowledge (experience with dbt is a plus), moderate Python knowledge (JavaScript knowledge is a plus), and experience building complex data pipelines using platforms like Airflow or Prefect. Strong organizational discipline and quality assurance skills are also required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $145,000 USD.
