Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager

Gong is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to enhance its marketing strategies through data-driven insights. The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that track pipeline, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI. This includes writing and optimizing queries to extract, transform, and model marketing data across CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and internal data sources. The role also involves developing and maintaining attribution models, lead scoring logic, and funnel stage definitions in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring data quality and integrity across marketing data sources.

Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of 8 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related quantitative role, preferably in B2B SaaS. Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Hex are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, and modern data stacks like Snowflake and dbt is also required. The ideal candidate will have experience with attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and campaign measurement, as well as the ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
