Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics
Point Digital Finance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to evaluating, optimizing, and scaling the company's substantial media investments across channels such as Paid Social, Programmatic, Google Demand Gen, and SEM. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with channel owners to translate complex data into actionable strategies, enhancing acquisition efficiency and supporting Point's mission to democratize home equity.
In this position, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing comprehensive reporting and conducting in-depth analyses of paid media channels, identifying opportunities for improved scale and efficiency. They will lead the implementation and enhancement of attribution models and incrementality tests to advance measurement capabilities and inform media strategies. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining scalable dashboards to deliver actionable insights to Marketing and Finance teams, and partnering strategically with channel owners to optimize media spend and enhance ROI.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in marketing or media analytics, preferably within high-growth direct-to-consumer performance marketing environments. A proven track record managing annual media spend exceeding $20 million is essential. Expertise in SQL and experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau or Sigma are required. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of media attribution, Media Mix Modeling, A/B and Incrementality testing are necessary, along with experience collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and data science teams.
