Senior Analytics Engineer
Roofr is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the data and analytics team to redesign Roofr's data utilization strategies. Your responsibilities will include building scalable data models, defining the semantic layer for enterprise consumption, and advancing AI-driven analysis. You will also serve as the primary analytics partner for Finance, Strategy, and Operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics engineering, particularly within high-growth startups or innovation labs. Proficiency in modern BI tools such as Metabase, Sigma, Omni, Tableau, or Looker is essential. Hands-on experience with DBT, including building, refactoring, and scaling DBT projects in production, is required. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake are also necessary.
