Senior Analytics Manager - KYC Onboarding Platform

In this role, the Senior Analytics Manager will lead the development and execution of the KYC onboarding measurement framework. This includes defining and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, verification service level agreements (SLAs), manual review demands, risk assessments, and account deactivations. The manager will also oversee a team of analysts, guiding them in setting priorities, coaching for impact, and enhancing their analytical rigor. A significant aspect of the role involves generating insights to reduce friction and costs by identifying drop-offs, false positives, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to automate manual processes.
Candidates should have experience as analytics leaders in high-stakes domains, balancing customer experience, operations, and compliance. Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools is essential, along with the ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear measurement plans and actionable insights.
