The Senior Associate, Programmatic at WPP Media plays a pivotal role in executing programmatic media strategies, ensuring seamless campaign operations, and contributing to the overall success of digital marketing initiatives. In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for implementing client campaign objectives into programmatic activation strategies, including building audiences and sourcing relevant inventory opportunities. They will manage campaigns within platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, ensuring effective budget pacing and optimization towards relevant objectives and KPIs. Additional responsibilities include operational tasks like budget management, billing, and campaign creative trafficking, as well as maintaining reports and conducting ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities for campaign improvement. The Senior Associate will also collaborate with broader digital account teams and work with publishers to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize programmatic deals. Furthermore, they will develop technical skills in utilizing relevant digital ad technology platforms and provide guidance to entry-level team members.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or have equivalent professional work experience. A minimum of one year of experience in programmatic advertising, paid search, paid social, ad operations, digital analytics, or digital planning is required. Familiarity with key programmatic or digital media platforms is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities are also important for success in this role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
