Senior Attorney Recruiter

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Attorney Recruiter to join our Attorney Recruiting team in Atlanta, Georgia, with flexibility to be based in other offices across the state. This role is integral to our mission of protecting the people, not the powerful, by ensuring we attract top legal talent to our firm.

The Senior Attorney Recruiter will manage the full cycle of attorney recruitment, including sourcing, intake, interviews, candidate communication, and offer presentations. This position requires close collaboration with hiring partners and leadership to clarify needs and growth objectives, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of talent management experience preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is essential. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred, and experience in legal recruiting and familiarity with legal terminology are advantageous.
