Senior Attorney Recruiter

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Attorney Recruiter to join our Attorney Recruiting team in Brooklyn, New York, with flexibility to be based in other offices across the state. This role is integral to our mission of protecting the people, not the powerful, by attracting top legal talent to our firm.

The Senior Attorney Recruiter will manage the full cycle of attorney recruitment, including sourcing, intake, interviews, candidate communication, and offer presentations. This position requires close collaboration with hiring partners and leadership to clarify needs and growth objectives, ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with the firm's goals.

Candidates should have experience in recruiting attorneys, with the ability to source legal professionals being a key requirement. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2-5 years of talent management experience. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, and knowledge of legal recruiting and terminology are also preferred.
