Senior BD Manager (Crypto Payments) - Mandarin Speaking - Singapore based

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and growth for its innovative digital payment solutions. This role is integral to the company's expansion in the crypto payments sector, focusing on building a robust network within the payments industry and managing the full sales cycle for enterprises, payment firms, and merchants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing targeted acquisition strategies for new merchant and corporate accounts, employing a consultative and blockchain-savvy approach. Key duties include nurturing client relationships, promptly resolving issues to ensure exceptional client experiences, tracking sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and refining strategies for existing accounts. Collaboration with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams is essential to stay ahead of digital asset and payment trends.

Applicants should possess over seven years of sales experience in banking, fintech, or blockchain payments, with a proven track record in B2B revenue growth. A bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot. The role demands excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
