Senior Business Development Coordinator

Key responsibilities include drafting and managing responses to pitches and proposals, preparing and submitting ranking submissions to directories such as Chambers and Law360, and developing content for the firm's website and marketing materials. The coordinator also plans and executes client development events like seminars and webinars, supports attorneys with client alerts and newsletters, and conducts research on clients, markets, competitors, and industries to inform business development strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge management tools is also advantageous.
Crowell & Moring LLP offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $72,000 to $94,000 annually, and additional discretionary bonuses.
