Senior Campaign Coordinator
The Senior Campaign Coordinator at WPP Media plays a pivotal role in managing influencer marketing campaigns for leading global brands. Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns, developing proposals for prospective clients by identifying appropriate mechanics, influencers, and creative strategies tailored to each brand's target audience, and attending pitches and client meetings to support the Client Services team. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring campaign KPIs are met, managing large budgets across multiple campaigns, reporting on campaign performance, and mentoring junior team members.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns, demonstrate strong delegation and prioritization skills, possess competent writing and communication abilities, and have the capacity to work effectively under pressure. An understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics, such as impressions, reach, and engagements, is essential.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $90,000 USD, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, 15 days of PTO to start, additional days for floating holidays, summer Fridays, and sick days, as well as regular social events and clubs.
