Senior Corporate Counsel

The Senior Corporate Counsel at eClinical Solutions will play a pivotal role in managing the company's legal operations, focusing primarily on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts that establish business relationships with customers, vendors, employees, and partners. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and collaborates across all functional areas globally, ensuring that all contractual documents align with company policies and comply with relevant government and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include swiftly reviewing and negotiating various contracts, such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements, with an emphasis on technology, SaaS, professional, and biometric services. The role also involves staying updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting the company and its clients, implementing contract management software, and training staff on legal and compliance matters, including life sciences regulations, AI, data privacy, and security.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have in-house corporate law experience, preferably within the technology, software, or life sciences sectors. Expertise in AI regulations, data privacy law, employment law, intellectual property law, and corporate governance is essential. The role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, and contract management software.
