Senior Corporate Counsel

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team at the company's headquarters in Long Beach, California. This role is integral to supporting the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, as well as the broader legal and compliance organization. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters, providing strategic legal advice to senior management and overseeing critical legal functions for a publicly traded company.
