Senior Data Analyst, Servicing
Figure is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Servicing team, focusing on optimizing the post-funding lifecycle of loans. This role is integral to enhancing loss mitigation strategies, payment performance, and the overall health of the loan portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Loan Operations, Collections, and Customer Success teams to translate complex operational data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data models that transform raw servicing logs into structured datasets, ensuring data cleanliness and organization for advanced analytics. The analyst will build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor delinquency trends, roll rates, and recovery performance. Additionally, the role involves writing high-performance BigQuery SQL and designing intuitive Tableau dashboards to empower stakeholders with real-time, data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in data-driven roles within loan servicing, collections, or operational analytics. Deep proficiency in SQL, preferably BigQuery, is essential, along with the ability to handle complex joins, subqueries, and window functions. Experience in designing and maintaining structured datasets and schemas, as well as building intuitive dashboards to visualize key metrics, is required. A strong understanding of servicing-specific metrics such as Net Charge-Offs (NCO), recovery rates, and loss mitigation effectiveness is also necessary.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $165,000 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. The position also offers company equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
