Senior Designer

SageSure is seeking a Senior Designer to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative insurance products and technology solutions in underserved markets. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that align with our mission to provide dependable property insurance in challenging coastal states.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
