As a Senior Digital Media Planner, you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for digital campaigns and budgets, actively developing our clients through annual strategies and pitches. Your key responsibilities will include implementing digital initiatives from planning to finalization, collaborating closely with channel experts in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-Commerce. You will monitor market and media developments, deriving recommendations for placements, formats, and targeting. Additionally, you will manage communication with consulting teams, marketers, channel experts, and campaign management, as well as evaluate offers, partnerships, and special advertising formats. Ensuring optimal conditions for our clients through close coordination with the investment team and overseeing the entire digital budget via detailed annual forecasts will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will develop existing and new clients through innovative concepts and ideas within the framework of pitches and annual strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have a completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in planning or consulting on digital media campaigns. Proficiency with common planning tools and a solid understanding of relevant media terms and online KPIs are essential. Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking, combined with a high standard of quality, are required. A structured, resilient, and independent working style, as well as clear communication and team spirit, will set you apart. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are also necessary.
