Senior Digital Transformation Engineer
Tulip is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to join our team in Somerville, MA. As a leader in AI-native frontline operations, Tulip empowers companies worldwide with composable, connected applications that enhance work quality, efficiency, and traceability. This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic and innovative environment.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and goals, leading the development and implementation of tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will provide ongoing technical support, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand Tulip's presence within existing customer environments.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations technology, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in customer-facing projects. Proficiency in Operations Technology systems such as MES or ERP, along with experience in system and device integration within the manufacturing industry, is essential. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field. The role involves approximately 25% travel within North America.
Tulip offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $150,000 annually, along with company equity.
