The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of digital media experience within a media agency or trading desk, with hands-on campaign execution experience across DSPs, exchanges, and measurement platforms. A strong understanding of DSP/exchange revenue models, existing relationships with publishers and programmatic partners, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms are essential. A sales-oriented mindset, client-first approach, and natural storytelling ability using data and insights are also key attributes.
