Senior Director, Sales Enablement

The Senior Director of Sales Enablement at Tanium will lead the sales enablement team in developing, implementing, and improving ongoing training and skills development for the global sales team. This includes overseeing the new hire onboarding process, ongoing training, certification, and account planning. The role requires experience in running large-scale enablement programs with a global scope. Tanium's product roadmap is increasingly AI-driven and agentic, including Atlas, their AI/agentic operating system, and this role will be central to ensuring the global sales team can sell that shift with fluency and conviction as new AI-powered capabilities continue to ship.
